MANILA, Philippines — Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago on Wednesday said at least 80 percent of her cancer tumor has “disappeared.”
“It turned out that at least 80 percent of my cancer tumor has disappeared,” Santiago said in a press conference.
She said she can now continue with her work probably starting next month.
“All I’m doing n now is building my resistance,” she said.
But while she said she might survive cancer, Santiago said she might die working just to afford the wonder pill which costs P2,000 each tablet.
