MRT 3 train stalled as door refuses to shut–report

MANILA, Philippines- A southbound train of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT 3) in Kamuning station stopped its operation Friday after its doors refused to close, a radio report said.

The passengers were forced to leave the train but was immediately accommodated on the next train, the report said.

This is not the first time that a door of an MRT train refused to close during a run. On Tuesday night, a commuter captured on video an MRT train that continued to operate with one of its doors open.
