MANILA, Philippines – The Senate resumed Thursday its investigation into the allegedly overpriced Makati City Hall 2 parking building.

Makati Mayor Jejomar Erwin Binay, who was among those charged over the project, was still invited by the blue ribbon committee although he was a no show.

The hearing was the fourth by the committee, including the ocular inspection it conducted at the actual site last Monday.

Binay only appeared during the first committee hearing.
