Grenade explodes on Taft Avenue

MANILA, Philippines – A grenade exploded in front of a commercial establishment on Taft Avenue, Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported Monday morning.

The report said the incident happened near the southbound lane of Pedro Gil and also near a Light Rail Transit (LRT) station.

No additional information has been made available as of posting time.

It dismissed initial reports that the explosion occurred at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) headquarters.
