Based on the initial probe of the Quezon City Police District, the drugs that have been seized are coming from mainland China. To further protect our youth against this illegal substance, we have just intensified our 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew for those 16 years old and below.—Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista
