Fire razes row of houses in upscale Pasig subdivision
MANILA, Philippines–Fire gutted a row of houses in an upscale subdivision in Pasig City on Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities said the blaze hit a residential area on the corner of Kaimito and Balimbing streets of Valle Verde 1 in Barangay (village) Ugong.
Senior Fire Officer 1 Rolando Lacap, of the Pasig Fire Department, said the blaze reached third alarm before being declared out at 2:30 p.m.

Lacap said arson investigators were trying to determine the cause of fire and the amount of damages it caused.
