Tropical Depression Inday maintains strength, pace

MANILA, Philippines-Tropical Depression Inday is moving at unchanged strength and pace as of 11 p.m., the weather bureau said in its latest bulletin.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Inday was last spotted 680 kilometers east of Appari, Cagayan, still packing maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour and moving west northwest at a pace of 20 kph.

Pagasa has not raised any public storm warning signal.
