MANILA, Philippines–Tropical Storm “Henry” has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) prompting the weather bureau on Wednesday to cross out any public storm warning signal.
In its weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said “Henry” has weakened, going to a tropical storm from its typhoon status, and is moving toward Taiwan at a pace of 20 kilometers per hour.
“Henry” packs maximum sustained winds of 110 kph near the center and gusts of 140 kph.
Despite leaving the PAR, “Henry” will still enhance the southwest monsoon which will bring monsoon rains over Luzon and Western Visayas.
