MANILA, Philippines — Classes in all school levels in Makati City will resume on Thursday, the city mayor said late Wednesday.

Mayor Jejomar Erwin “Jun-Jun” Binay, through his spokesman, Joey Salgado, also announced the resumption of work on Thursday at the Makati City Hall.

The local government suspended Wednesday classes in all levels as well as work in government offices except those involved in relief and rescue operations due to the onslaught of Typhoon “Glenda.”
