SC orders early dismissal for court employees due to ‘Glenda’

MANILA, Philippines—Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno ordered an early dismissal of court employees from the National Capital Region (NCR) due to typhoon ‘Glenda’ (international name: Rammasun)
Aside from Supreme Court employees, also covered by the early dismissal order are employees and officers from the Court of Appeals, Court of Tax Appeals, Sandiganbayan as well as regional and metropolitan trial courts.

On areas outside NCR, discretion of dismissal is up to the Executive Judges’ discretion.
