Bong Revilla, Napoles arrive at Sandigan for arraignment

MANILA, Philippines — Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. arrived at the Sandiganbayan almost an hour before he is set to be arraigned for his plunder charges Thursday.
Alleged mastermind Janet Lim-Napoles also arrived accompanied by her convoy all the way from Laguna, where she is detained on serious illegal detention charges.
