MANILA, Philippines – A restaurant in the Chinese community in Binondo, Manila caught fire on Tuesday morning, a radio report said.
It said the restaurant was along Ongpin Street in Chinatown.
The name of the establishment and its owner are still being determined.
The Bureau of Fire Protection has placed the fire under third alarm.
