Interior Secretary Manuel Roxas II acknowledged the copy of arrest warrant for Revilla and 32 others linked to the P10-billion pork barrel scam issued by the first division of Sandiganbayan.
Presenting to the media the three-page arrest warrant, Roxas assured that all the accused will be “treated with respect” as they undergo booking process at Camp Crame.
The booking procedures for more than 30 respondents will take place at the Multipurpose Hall of PNP.
Police has tightened security within the PNP headquarters. In front of the hall, several policemen with shields have been deployed.
Gadgets and cellphones have also been prohibited within the hall’s premises.
Inside, police set up tables to accommodate each arrested individuals for physical and medical examination, booking, and fingerprinting.
A backdrop for the mugshot of Revilla and others has also been prepared by the PNP.
