Lawyer: Napoles not most guilty but not least guilty
MANILA, Philippines – Alleged pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles is not the most guilty but she is not the least guilty, her lawyer Bruce Rivera told reporters Monday as they submitted to Justice Secretary Leila De Lima her expanded affidavit containing details on pork barrel transactions from 2000 to 2009.
However, Rivera said they are not discounting the possibility of submitting another affidavit.
Rivera said Napoles has names she knows she has had transactions with but is not sure if she has records or evidence to prove their involvement.
“It will be irresponsible to just to name names. Her records are not really intact…[her record] is splattered,” Rivera said adding they still have to collect it.
Meanwhile, Rivera insisted that Napoles is not justifying her actions.

He said the affidavit also includes a narrative of Napoles’ dealings with each of the person she has named, as well as her knowledge of the P900 million Malampaya Fund scam.
A copy of the affidavit, and the previous affidavit submitted by Napoles, will be forwarded to the Senate and Ombudsman.
