Cloudy in Mindanao, Palawan

MANILA, Philippines—Mindanao and Palawan will be cloudy on Wednesday, and will experience light to moderate rains and thunderstorms, the state weather bureau said.

Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration also said in its early-morning forecast that Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms, mostly likely in the afternoon or evening.
