How much has minimum wage increased under Aquino’s gov’t?

MANILA, Philippines – If government data should be believed, the increase in minimum wage under the Aquino administration has barely reached a hundred pesos.
Data made available in the government website showed that the highest minimum wage increase was in Metro Manila pegged at P62, to P466 in 2014 from P404 in 2010.
In Central Visayas, wage went up by P55, to P340 from P285.
Wage in Calabarzon increased by P42.50, to P362.50 from P320.
In the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, wage went up by P28, to P250 from P222.

The minimum pay in Cordillera Administrative Region jumped by P20, to P280 from P260.
In Cagayan Valley, wage increased by P20 to P255 from P235.
The wage in Ilocos region went up by P13 to P253 from P240.
In Bicol Region, minimum pay inched by P13 to P260 from P247.
Inflation rate was pegged at 3.8 percent, 5 percent, 3.2 percent and 3.3 percent from 2010 to 2013, the National Statistics Coordination Board said. In 2014, inflation ranges from 4.6 percent to 4.2 percent.
