2 dead in motorcycle-UV Express van collision

MANILA, Philippines – Two men were killed on Wednesday morning after their motorcycle collided head-on with a UV Express van in Quezon City, Radyo Inquirer 990AM said.

The report said Eduardo Uncad Jr. and Ronnie Parantes, both residents of Rodriguez, Rizal, were found dead on the spot with their helmets shattered at Payatas Road, Quezon City.

Two injured passengers of the UV Express van were rushed to a nearby hospital.

Albert Morines, the van’s driver, is now in the custody of law enforcers.
