MANILA, Philippines–A gas delivery truck carrying more than 14,000 liters of oil products fell on its side Friday afternoon along Payatas road in Quezon City, a radio report said.

The truck, owned by Jeafer Gas Station Delivery, reportedly contained 12,000 liters of gasoline and 2,000 liters of kerosene.

To prevent fire due to oil leaks, the BFP began spraying Aqueous Film-forming Foam, a chemical firefighting foam, on the tanker.
