MANILA, Philippines—A body, believed to be a victim of summary execution, was found in Mandaluyong City Monday, police said.

Non-uniformed personnel Ayen Casiao of the city police’s Tactical Operations Center, said the body was recovered along Fabella Street in Mandaluyong City early Monday. The report reached their office around 8:45 a.m.

Casiao said no other information was immediately available but a radio report said the still unidentified victim had a bullet wound to the head, and a wire tied around the neck and wrists. The victim’s head was also said to have been wrapped with a duct tape.
