From Metro Manila, Natividad town can be reached through the Manila North Road (MacArthur Highway), after exiting from the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway in Paniqui town in Tarlac province.

Those traveling by private vehicles should turn right in Barangay Carmen in Rosales town and pass by the town proper and Sta. Maria and Tayug towns. From Tayug, it will just be a 10-minute drive to Natividad.

Those traveling by bus can get off in Barangay Carmen and take a jeepney to Tayug town. From there, take a tricycle to this town.

Those coming from Nueva Ecija province should travel via the San Jose City-Umingan Road. From Umingan town, turn right to San Quintin town, then to Natividad.
