LPA remains constant off GenSan city
MANILA, Philippines—The low pressure area has almost remained static as it remained in the vicinity of General Santos City. The state weather bureau said the LPA was spotted southwest of that city early Wednesday.
Based on the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration’s (Pagasa) weekly outlook, cloud bands will affect most of the Visayas and Mindanao until Thursday due to the LPA.
The rest of Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
The Visayas and Zamboanga Peninsula will experience Wednesday cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms, said.
The northeast monsoon, meanwhile, continues to affect Luzon and Visayas.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
