The northeast monsoon, which brings cold winds from Siberia, continues to affect Luzon and the Visayas but the weather this week will be generally fair, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

“Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and the Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains,” Pagasa added in an advisory.
