MANILA, Philippines–Parts of Luzon and Visayas will mostly have cloudy skies with isolated rains on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said.

“Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains,” the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

The northeast monsoon continued to affect Luzon and Visayas.

“The provinces of Quezon and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with light rains,” Pagasa also said.

Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail throughout the archipelago and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough, Pagasa said.
