Isolated light rains seen in Luzon, Visayas

MANILA, Philippines–The northeast monsoon will bring isolated light rains in Luzon and Visayas on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

Mindanao, meanwhile, will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over Northern Luzon and coming from the northeast over the rest of Luzon and Visayas, Pagasa said.

The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to north with slight to moderate seas.
