Overcast Thursday, says Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines— Mindanao and the Visayas will have cloudy skies, which will bring light to moderate rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms, on Thursday, the state weather bureau said.
In its 5 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) also said that Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon (all in Luzon) will equally be cloudy with light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains.
