We have recommended the filing of six cases in the Department of Justice against the group of Cedric Lee. They include serious illegal detention, a nonbailable offense. So far, the footage from the CCTV camera matches the statement given to us by Vhong Navarro.—NBI-NCR Assistant Regional Director Vicente de Guzman III
