4.6-magnitude quake jolts Marinduque
MANILA, Philippines – A 4.6-magnitude earthquake jolted Marinduque Monday morning and was felt all the way to Quezon City, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The quake struck at 1:57 a.m., 14 kilometers northwest of Boac, Marinduque, with a depth of one kilometer.
It was felt in parts of Region IV and Metro Manila with Intensity III reported in Guinayangan, Quezon and Lipa Batangas, Intensity II in Los Baños, Laguna and Intensity I in Quezon City.
