MANILA, Philippines—The Court of Appeals has issued a 60-day temporary restraining order against alleged land grabber Wilfredo Torres, according to a lawyer of the residents of a Quezon City subdivision being claimed by Torres.
Lawyer Walter young told the Inquirer, “It’s a great relief, all residents will be able to sleep tonight.”
