Makati lifts number coding for New Year

MANILA, Philippines—The city of Makati has lifted its number coding to give way for the New Year celebration.
The official Twitter account of the City Government of Makati said in an advisory that beginning Monday, December 30, 2013 until Wednesday, January 1, 2014, the traffic scheme in the city is suspended.
