Dead man drifts in Mactan Channel
The body of a man in his 40s was found floating in the Mactan Channel by fishermen yesterday.
The man was wearing a black t-shirt, denim shorts, and had a fair complexion, clean cut hair, a large build and an estimated height of 5’6”.
Police found a PhilHealth ID in his pocket but the ID which had the name Alfon Tajanlangit Tapic had no photo.
PO2 Louisito Ernie, investigator of the Homicide Section of Lapu-Lapu City Police Office said he is waiting for the autopsy results to reveal the cause of death. /CORRESPONDENT NORMAN V. MENDOZA
