3 wounded in NAIA shooting brought to Quezon City hospital
MANILA, Philippines—A three-year-old girl and a woman sustained gunshot wounds in a shooting incident at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3, reports said.
The two were airlifted from the Philippine Air Force hospital to V. Luna General Hospital in Quezon City. From there, they were brought to the East Avenue Medical Center.
The girl sustained head wounds, which would require surgery, while the woman had gunshot wounds in her left hand.
Another victim to be transferred is a 58-year-old man who sustained multiple gun-shot wounds.
Two motorcycling-riding gunmen opened fire on the group of Mayor Ukol Talumpa of Labangan town in Zamboanga del Sur, killing him, his wife and two others at the arrival area of NAIA 3 Friday morning.
