Giants notch 7th victory

CEBUANO forward  Jan Colina was once again instrumental in helping Jumbo Plastic as the Giants pulled away in the fourth period to beat the Derulo Accelero, 73-61, in the PBA D-League Aspirants Cup yesterday at the Blue Eagle gym.
Colina paired with Marion Magat in a pivotal 9-2 rally at the start of the final stanza that pushed the Giants to their seventh win in nine games.
The win was a hard-earned one for Jumbo Plastic against an Oilers squad that fell to 1-9 (win-loss).  /Correspondent Jonas Panerio
