Man nabbed in drug raid
A MAN was arrested and packs of suspected shabu worth P40,000 found in his possession were seized in a buy-bust operation in barangay Pulpogan, Consolacion town, northern Cebu.
Rolito “Roy Bucog” Osabel is allegedly a level three drug pusher capable of selling 25 grams of shabu a week, police said.
Osabel refused to comment on the allegations that he is involved in selling drugs.

Aside from two big packs of suspected shabu, a .45 caliber pistol and a .38 revolver were also seized from Osabel, said Supt. Rodolfo Albotra, chief of the intelligence branch of the Cebu Provincial Police Office (CPPO).
