Yap tops BTA Prima keg

ANDREW Yap emerged as the best bowler of Bowlingplex Tenpin Association-PRIMA (BTA-PRIMA) for the month of October after dominating the monthly tournament last Sunday at the Gaisano Bowlingplex.

Yap finished with a total of 1,217 pinfalls to win the monthly tilt. Boy Gacho finished second after scoring 1,195 pinfalls.  Clarence Tiu rounded off the top three keglers of the tournament after scoring 1,135 pinfalls.  Fourth placer was William Lao (1,135), the father of Philippine team member Kim Lao, and at fifth was Bel Suelto (1,130).  /CORRESPONDENT DALE G.
