32 teams to see action in Talisay Mayor’s Cup hoop
TALISAY CITY will once again showcase its talented cagers this Sunday for the annual Mayor’s Cup Basketball Tournament at the Talisay City Sports Complex.
Organized by the Talisay City Sports Commission, the hoopfest will run until Oct. 2.
A total of 32 teams will vie in the month-long tournament. 15 will compete in the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) division, 10 in the seniors division and seven in the open division.
The official parade of teams starts at 2 p.m. from barangay Dumlog to barangay Poblacion. Opening ceremony will follow at 3 p.m. CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
