GRETCHEN L. Tormis, president of the Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association (CETBA), and Fred Torrequemada were named bowlers for the months of September and October, respectively, after topping last Saturday’s CETBA Bowler of the Month tournament at the SM City Cebu Bowling Center.
Torrequemada topped the tournament by posting 1,236 pinfalls after six games while Tormis claimed second spot after she knocked a total of 1,190 pins.
Oj Singson rounded off the top three after scoring 1,185 pinfalls.
Winners in the monthly tournaments qualified for the grand finals set this December. All monthly winners will be aiming for the coveted Bowler of the Year award. /CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
