Teams Luzon, Mindanao bare elementary lineups

TEAM Luzon and Team Mindanao released their lineups in elementary tennis for the national finals of the 5th Milo Little Olympics starting on Oct. 25 at the Alta Vista Golf and Country Club and at Baseline.

The Luzon elementary boys netters will be bannered by the players of Baguio Central School composed of Raymund Paris Cabuco, Brian Ros Mandawe, Dan Khristopher Visaya and Justine de Guzman.

Luzon’s search for greatness in the elementary girls division, on the other hand, will be put upon the shoulders of Czarina Malou Salvador, Jackilyn Calvo, Jovan Marie Elegado, Kyla Jhanyne dela Peña and Lovely Joy Bravo.

Leading Team Mindanao’s elementary boys squad are Koronadal Southern Elementary School’s Angil Jay Balaoing, Pete Myrbe Daguro, Antonino Estares, Jr., Cliff Zedrick Lumawag and Justin Kirk Malinao.

The elementary girls players of Mindanao, on the other hand, are Corpus Christy School of Cagayan de Oro City’s Gennifer Lysandra Pagente, Aikicia Beyonce Mosqueda, Alexia Blanche Mosqueda and Camila Rui Gontiñas.

Team Luzon and Team Mindanao will clash against powerhouses Team NCR and host Team Visayas in the three-day multi-event competition, held in cooperation with the Philippine Sports Commission, Philippine Olympic Committee and the Department of Education. /correspondent Jade S. Violeta
