MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Institute on Volcanology and Seismology Thursday recorded a 5.5-magnitude earthquake in Tagbilaran City in Bohol, the strongest since the 7.2-magnitude tremor last Tuesday that killed more than 100 people.

Phivolcs said in its earthquake bulletin that the tremor was recorded 18 kilometers northwest of Tagbilaran City.

In Cebu, 11 were killed, while one was also killed in Siquijor, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said.
