La Mesa Dam water recedes
MANILA, Philippines—The water level at La Mesa Dam continued to recede on Wednesday morning after it neared spilling level last night due to heavy rains in Quezon City.
As of 7:30 a.m., the water level was at 79.98 meters. It decreased by 3 centimeters since 6:30 a.m., the Manila Water posted in its Twitter account.

Authorities were on Tuesday night due to the increasing water levels.

The La Mesa Dam reached up to 80.05 meters at 10 p.m. on Tuesday but water levels started receding after midnight.
