Man killed in restroom

After enjoying a few drinks, a man was gunned down by two men inside the restroom of a videoke bar in Quezon City on Sunday night.

Rolly Fajimos, 32, died at East Avenue Medical Center due to loss of blood after he was shot in the leg. A bystander, Nick Ballejos, 26, was wounded after he was hit by a stray bullet at the Rockstar Videoke Bar in Barangay (village) Holy Spirit.

Case investigator SPO1 Eric Lazo said the shooting happened at 9 p.m. while Fajimos was inside the restroom. The victim’s brother, Richard, said he went to the bar to bring his brother home but as he waited, he saw two men from another table follow the victim inside the toilet.

Moments later, gunshots rang out, prompting the victim’s brother to run inside the restroom where he found the victim lying on the floor.—Julie M. Aurelio
