An ambulance driver of the Talisay City Government accused the brother of Mayor Johnny V. De los Reyes of verbally abusing him in public last Tuesday morning.

Giovanni Villoria Hernani, 32, of Barangay San Isidro went to the police station to file a complaint against Joel De los Reyes, head of the Talisay City Government’s motorpoolsection.

PO2 Jason Del Campo, the desk officer of the Talisay City Police, said that Hernani arrived at their office and narrated the incident.
