Fire erupts anew in Zamboanga village
MANILA, Philippines—Another fire broke out in a conflict zone in Zamboanga City Wednesday afternoon as clashes between government troops and Moro National Liberation Front rebels continue on its second week.
Zamboanga City Bureau of Fire said the blaze was recorded shortly before 11 a.m. at Barangay Sta. Catalina.

Firefighters were still waiting for clearance from the military to enter the village.
Gunfights between soldiers and Moro rebels were ongoing in the area.
