300 police officials take service eligibility exams today
More than 300 police officials are taking the National Police Commission’s (Napolcom) Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE) examination in different testing centers nationwide today.
Napolcom Chair Jesse Robredo said the PESE, an eligibility requirement for the ranks of police senior superintendent (equivalent to colonel in the military) to police director general (equivalent to four-star general), focuses on six categories: Executive emotional quotient inventory, leadership competency assessment, moral development, job knowledge, communication skills assessment and creative development management.
