5 suspected MNLF fighters dressed as cops nabbed

ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines–Dressed in police uniforms, five suspected Moro National Liberation Front fighters were arrested as they were trying to escape from government forces in the village of Santa Catalina here Monday.

Police sources confirmed the arrest, but refused to give details without clearance from higher authorities.

The sources said the arrested suspects were undergoing investigation.
