MANILA, Philippines—The Philippine National Police on Thursday released to the media the mugshots and fingerprints of Janet Lim-Napoles, alleged brains behind the P10-billion pork barrel scam.
Napoles surrendered to President Benigno Aquino III late Wednesday night.
