MANILA, Philippines — A P5 million reward is being offered by the government to anyone who can provide information on the whereabouts of the brother of Janet Lim-Napoles, alleged mastermind in the P10 billion “pork barrel” scam, according to a radio report.

Reynald Lim, together with Napoles, is facing illegal detention charges for the alleged abduction of whistle-blower Benhur Luy.

The reward was offered shortly after Napoles, who had a P10 million bounty for her arrest, surrendered Wednesday night to President Benigno Aquino III in Malacanang.
