Razon surrenders to Sandiganbayan

MANILA, Philippines–Former Philippine National Police Chief Avelino Razon has surrendered to the Sandiganbayan office in Quezon City Wednesday, a radio report said.

Sandiganbayan earlier issued an arrest warrant against Razon and 32 others over the fictitious repair and maintenance of light armored vehicles worth P358.48 million in 2007.
