Baby born in LRT train Legarda-Recto line

MANILA, Philippines–Another baby was born inside one of the trains of the Light Rail Transit early Thursday, LRTA spokesman, Attorney Hernando Cabrera said.
In a twitter post around 9 a.m., Cabrera said a passenger gave birth to a baby girl inside the train from Legarda station going to Recto station.

“Mother and baby safe,” he added.

A radio report said a doctor, also a passenger, assisted the still unidentified mother.
The mother and her baby have been rushed to the Fabella Hospital
