THE TOP seed Fractalis earned the final ticket to the finals after they blasted Cool Shades, 100-85, in the semifinals of the 2013 United Architects Basketball Club (UABC) First Conference last Sunday at the Cebu Eastern College gym.
Forced into the winner-take-all match after losing, 79-92, in the first game of this series the other weekend, Fractalis responded well by breaking the game wide open in the second period. Genaro Bejo led the winners with 22 points.
Fractalis will face off against Mortaflex in Game One of the best-of-three finals starting on Sunday. /Correspondent Jonas Panerio
