8 domestic flights cancelled due to typhoon ‘Labuyo’
MANILA, Philippines – Some domestic flights were cancelled Monday (August 12) due to typhoon “Labuyo” (international name: Utor), the Department of Transportation and Communication said.
The following Cebu Pacific and Air Philippines flights were cancelled, the DOTC said in its Twitter account:

Typhoon “Labuyo” was last observed 45 kilometers west of Casiguran, Aurora as of 4a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
It packed maximum sustained winds of 165 kilometers per hour near the center and gusts of up to 200 kph. Storms signals were raised in some areas of Luzon.
